Deborah A. Tuchman is counsel in the Asset Management Group, and is a member of the firm's Financial Institutions Regulatory Practice Group. She advises hedge funds, funds of funds, commodity pools and investment advisers. Deborah has been active in assisting clients in structuring domestic and offshore funds, including stand-alone and master-feeder structures, and in negotiating separately managed account agreements. She also provides advice to family office clients in connection with investments in private investment funds and co-investment vehicles. She regularly assists clients with securities and futures regulatory compliance. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her J.D. from the Columbia University School of Law.
Ms. Tuchman is co-author for Bloomberg BNA Securities Practice Portfolio Series No. 261, Commodity Laws and Asset Managers.
