Carol Silverman is a Partner in Mercer's New York office, specializing in executive compensation and corporate governance, with an emphasis on employment and change-in-control agreements and equity programs. Ms. Silverman also advises employers on employee benefit issues that arise in the context of corporate transactions and initial public offerings. Prior to joining Mercer, Ms. Silverman was an associate at Davis Polk. Ms. Silverman holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law.
