Mr. Seck leads the Baker & McKenzie M&A, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, and IT/C practices in Vietnam. He is ranked as a leading corporate/M&A and IT/C and lawyer by various league tables. He has dealt with a wide range of investment projects and major M&A deals, and advised and assisted on corporate, commercial and regulatory compliance matters. This includes foreign direct investment, market access and licensing, private and public M&A, commercial contracts and terms of use, data privacy and management, competition and merger filing, anti-corruption compliance, promotions and marketing, over a diverse range of industries, from consumer products, agribusiness, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, to IT/C, e-commerce, manufacturing, property, and aviation.
He is a member of the Singapore Bar Association and serves as vice president of the Singapore Business Group in Ho Chi Minh City. He speaks English; Mandarin and Cantonese (social).
