Al Saikali is a Partner in the Miami office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP, where he chairs the firm's Data Security and Privacy Practice. Al has gained the trust of clients challenged by data breach response, litigation arising from privacy incidents, and compliance with laws governing the collection, storage, use and disposal of sensitive information. Chambers USA named him a Nationwide Recognized Practitioner in Privacy and Data Security in 2017; he was named a Cybersecurity Trailblazer by the National Law Journal in 2015; and he received the Client Choice Award from Lexology in 2016 and 2017. Al has achieved the Fellow in Information Privacy accreditation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and he co-founded and chairs the Sedona Conference’s Working Group on Privacy and Data Security.
