Paul Rugani is a Senior Associate in Orrick's New York office and is a member of the Securities Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Practice Group. Mr. Rugani focuses on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, commercial contractual disputes, regulatory and internal investigations, and other litigation matters.
Mr. Rugani received his B.A. magna cum laude, from Duke University, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
He is the co-author of Bloomberg BNA Securities Practice Portfolio Series No. 284, Federal Securities Law Liability of Underwriters, Accountants, and Attorneys.
