Mr. Matthews is an associate with the Delaware Corporate Counseling Group. His practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law. He received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Mr. Matthews is author of Bloomberg BNA Corporate Practice Portfolio Series No. 1-5th, The Delaware Corporation: Legal Aspects of Organization and Operation.
