Phillip Isom is a partner in the Asset Management Group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York. Mr. Isom focuses on matters relating to private investment funds across a broad range of asset classes (including hedge, private equity, and hybrid funds) and geographic areas (U.S., global, and emerging markets). He received his B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
Mr. Isom is co-author for Bloomberg BNA Securities Practice Portfolio Series No. 326, Introduction to Private Equity Fund Formation.
