William Furnish is an associate in the Phoenix based firm, Osborn Maledon.  William’s practice focuses on professional liability, complex commercial litigation, and privacy and data security matters. Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, William spent several years in the New York office of a multinational law firm where his practice focused on securities and intellectual property litigation. He served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Andrew Hurwitz of the Arizona Supreme Court and Judge Carolyn Dineen King of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he received his law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
