David A. Ettinger is a Partner in the Detroit office of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP and has led the firm's Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice for more than 30 years. Mr. Ettinger has litigated antitrust cases and represented clients in antitrust matters in more than 30 states, and has successfully acted as lead counsel in a wide variety of major matters.
Mr. Ettinger has written and spoken before national audiences on antitrust topics on a regular basis for more than 20 years. He has worked on antitrust matters in more than 40 industries, but has especially deep experience in health care, auto parts and computer software.
He earned his B.A., with high distinction, and J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
He is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Health Law & Business Portfolio Series No. 1400, Health Care Mergers and Acquisitions: The Antitrust Perspective.
