Erin Toland, Esq. is an Associate in Perkins Coie’s Seattle office. Her practice focuses on advising privately-held companies and entrepreneurs on federal income tax aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, transactions involving pass-through entities and compensation arrangements. She also assists startups with choice of entity and advises tax-exempt organizations on formation and compliance issues. Ms. Toland holds a Juris Doctor from University of Washington School of Law, an LL.M. in taxation from University of Washington School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland.
