Jessica Engler is an associate in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller LLP. Jessica’s main areas of practice include data protection and privacy issues, intellectual property, and construction litigation. Jessica advises clients on a wide range of matters including data breach response, vendor management, trademark and copyright infringement, information technology and communications, and privacy. Jessica has been awarded the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US) designation by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Jessica currently serves as the Young Lawyers Liaison for the DRI Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee.
