Greg Dale is a Partner in the Indianapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP with more than 25 years of experience representing management in labor and employment law matters. Mr. Dale regularly represents businesses in employment discrimination matters, labor arbitrations, employment contract issues, supervisory training and wrongful discharge litigation.

Mr. Dale has extensive experience in recognized "niche" areas of employment law, including with respect to OSHA and WARN matters. A frequent presenter at occupational safety and health seminars, Mr. Dale has has co-authored a detailed handbook on "What Every Indiana Employer Needs To Know About Occupational Safety and Health Law." Mr. Daleserves as national and regional OSHA counsel for several businesses and has handled federal and state OSHA matters in numerous jurisdictions across the country. Similarly, he serves as national or regional WARN counsel for several employers and has significant experience in advising employers with respect to planning and executing reductions in force.

Mr. Dale has represented several clients in Sarbanes-Oxley Act matters. Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, he was a senior tax consultant with Ernst & Whinney. Mr. Dale was also a certified public accountant in Indiana. He is actively involved in Faegre Baker Daniels' diversity initiatives.

Mr. Dale received his B.S. from Indiana University and his J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

He is an Editor-in-Chief of the ABA/Bloomberg BNA treatise Occupational Safety and Health Law.
