Stacey A. Campbell, a Shareholder in Littler Mendelsohn's Denver office, focuses his practice on employment litigation and employment policy matters. He is a skilled national litigator with trial experience in both federal and state courts and has successfully first-chaired jury trials involving discrimination, breach of contract and personal injury.

Mr. Campbell has litigated all types of employment discrimination cases, including those on the basis of race, sex, sexual harassment, pregnancy, disability and age, and he frequently advises clients around the country on covenants not to compete and unfair competition matters. He also served as temporary in-house counsel to represent a medical device company in non-compete and trade secret cases.

He has also litigated Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) cases and regularly advises clients on FLSA issues, conducts audits on employer pay practices, and evaluates and assists companies with proper employee classification. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Campbell has represented companies in labor disputes, labor arbitrations, and union contract development and negotiation

He received his B.A. from Kansas State University and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law.
