Shaun Bisman is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. Mr. Bisman has over ten years of experience consulting to management and compensation committees. Mr. Bisman provides compensation consulting services to both public and privately-held companies, assisting with incentive plan design, peer group development, performance measurement, pay-for-performance validation, and director compensation. He has significant experience in the insurance, financial services, and consumer products industries. Mr. Bisman oversees CAP’s Dodd-Frank research and is an author for the CAP Thinking blog, CAPintel. Mr. Bisman received a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
