Scarinci Hollenbeck

David A. Einhorn is a partner in the New York office of Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC, where he is chairman of the firm’s Technology Law Group and Domain Name Dispute Resolution Group. He received his BA in Computer Science from Columbia College where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and president of the Columbia Society of Law & Technology. He is chairman of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Trademark Internet Committee and is Vice-Chair of the Intellectual Property Owners Association Committee on Domain Names and Social Media. Mr. Einhorn is an arbitrator of domain name cases for the National Arbitration Forum, for which he has issued opinions in over 250 disputes. He is also Vice-Chair of the ABA arbitration membership subcommittee. In addition, he serves as representative to the Intellectual Property Constituency of ICANN.

 

Mr. Einhorn is the Editor-in-Chief of the AIPLA/Bloomberg Law treatise Intellectual Property Law in Cyberspace.
